Programs in applied creativity (recognizing creative individuals, enhancing creativity, inducing creative climate, training creative leaders, creative problem solving in groups) in 10 companies: The Territorial Computer Center, where it was repeated three times at the employees request, Silk Weaving Mill, Wine Company, Electrical Network Company, The Factory for Synthetic Threads, The Factory for Heavy Equipment, and The Cigarettes Factory, in Iasi and Railway Transport Company, Mechanical Tool Company and Road Vehicles Transport Company in Pașcani;
