Scientific activity
Research work (1968 - present)

Conducted research projects including topics on: creativity assessment, creativity training in teenagers and adults, group learning, group creativity, comparative education, specificity of engineering design creativity, adult education, teaching-learning methodology for different school subjects.

Participated in the research team of the UNESCO research project: Issues in Creativity Research and in Applied Creativity (1984)

Validation of the KAI Inventory in Romania (in progress).
- Earned 9 research grants (as a group leader, or a team member). Those research projects have been developed on the basis of contracts with: the Open Society Foundation Soros (the Romanian Branch of this world wide ONG, and the Branch located in Prague, the Czech Republic the program called Research Support Scheme), and also the European Union (PHARE). The RSS project have been evaluated as Excellent.
