1985 - 1986 and 1987 - 1990: associate lecturer at the Gh. AsachiTechnicalUniversity of Iasi, Department of Psychology and Education.

1993 - 1997: associate professor at the Al. I. Cuza University of Iasi, Department of Psychology.
Responsabilities:
-
teaching courses in: psychology of creativity; education of creativity: pedagogy; educational psychology, and recently, resolving conflicts.

supervising research carried out by students;

supervising student teaching practice in high school.

examining students at the addmitance and graduation exams.
