Dinamica structurilor axiologice la adolescenţi

Rezumat: Cercetarea a vizat surprinderea dinamicii structurilor axiologice ale adolescenţilor într-un interval temporal de 15 ani (1987/2002). Bazatã pe un design transversal, pe inventarul axiologic a lui M. Rokeach şi pe abordarea a 1.560 de subiecþi (elevi şi studenţi), investigaţia noastrã a reuşit sã surprindã principalele tendinţe ale dinamicii structurilor axiologice (modificarea, mai ales, a valorilor instrumentale şi, în cadrul lor, a celor de acţiune, faţã de cele relaţionale) şi factorii cu care acestea coreleazã (mai mult dinamism la adolescente, la cei din mediul urban şi la cei de la profilul industrial – în cazul liceenilor şi la cei de la profilurile filologie, matematic㠖în cazul studenţilor). Din punct de vedere metodologic, cel mai semnificativ rezultat este confirmarea faptului cã doar analiza globalã a opţiunilor axiologice şi în planuri de generalitate crescândã permite surprinderea schimbãrilor.
Abstract: The research had aim to catch the dynamics of the axiologic structures of the teenagers within 15 years (1987/2002). Based upon a transversal design, on the axiologic inventory of M. Rokeach and upon the approach on 1,560 subjects (pupils and students), our investigation succeeded to catch the main tendencies of the axiologic structures dynamics (the alteration, especially of the instrumental values, and within them the action ones against the rational ones) and the factors together which these one correlate (more dynamism with the teenagers, with the ones coming from the cities and the ones studying an industrial high school department, as well as the students studying philology and mathematics). The most significant result, from the methodological point of view, is to confirm the fact that only global analysis of the axiologic options, within a growing generality, allows the changes catching.
Résumé: La recherche a eu comme but de surprendre la dynamique des structures axiologiques
des adolescents pendant 15 années (1987/2002). Basée sur un design transversal, sur l’inventaire axiologique de M. Rokeach et sur l’abordage de 1.560 sujets (élèves et étudiants), notre investigation a reussi de surprendre les principales tendances de la dynamique des structures axiologiques (la modification, en principal, des valeurs instrumentales et, dans leur cadre, celles d’action envers celles relationnelles) et les facteurs avec lesquels elles sont en correlation (plus dynamisme aux adolescents du milieu urbain et ceux qui étudient le profil industriel pour les élèves de lycée et les profiles de philologie et mathématiques pour les étudiants). Le plus significant résultat, du point de vue méthodologique, est la confirmation du fait que seulement l’analyse globale des options axiologiques, y compris la généralité qui augmente, permet de surprendre les changements.
