Online Email Registration July 13 – 17

The registration for the admission competition will be conducted online, through the following email address admitere.scoala.doctorala.fpse@gmail.com

Contents of the application file

The candidates will send the following documents on email, between 13 – 17 July:

1. Standard application form indicating the choice of doctoral supervisor
2. Curriculum vitae
3. List of the candidate’s scientific papers (if applicable)
4. Language proficiency certificate, issued by the Faculty of Letters of “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, no more than two years prior to the date of the admission exam; except for candidates who have graduated from a single or double specialisation that includes a foreign language in the title, from an accredited faculty, or who have obtained a DALF, TOEFEL or other recognised international certificate, as well as certificates issued by specific testing bodies of the universities in the Universitaria consortium, provided that these certificates are valid. The level of foreign language proficiency is determined by each Doctoral School
5. Original and certified copy of identity document
6. Original and certified copy of the birth certificate
7. Original and certified copy of the marriage/name change certificate, if applicable
8. Original and certified copy of the baccalaureate diploma or equivalent document
9. Original and certified copy of the bachelor’s degree and transcript or diploma supplement
10. Original and certified copy of the master’s degree diploma and transcript or diploma supplement (for master’s degree graduates from the current academic year, the graduation certificate and academic record, issued by the faculty secretariats)
11. Receipt of payment of the registration fee
12. Annex 5 - Confidentiality agreement
