Conference registration includes conference materials, refreshments, entrance to exhibitition and poster sessions, entrance welcome cocktail (october 22nd, at 6 pm).
Please note that, as opposed to previous editions, this is a non-residential conference only. Accomodation is not included in the conference fees. Only the welcoming cocktail and coffee-breaks are included in the conference attendance fee.
Earlybird (before October 15) attendance fee for:
- regular academic delegate: 150 RON
- undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students: 100 RON
- other participants: 200 RON
Attendance fee after October 15, 2015 for:
- regular academic delegate: 200 RON
- undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students: 150 RON
- other participants: 250 RON

The total fee amount should be paid by bank transfer using the following information: Fee payment is made on behalf of the Association Psiterra (CIF 18281740) opened at BRD Societe Generale Bank (Branch Iasi)

Please, note that the bank transfer must be free of charge for recipient.
If you chose to participate in the Gala Dinner, please add 120 lei/person for each participant you pay for. Add on the Payment description „Gala Dinner for NAME OF THE PERSON”
A scanned copy of the bank transfer must be sent by email to icap2015@psih.uaic.ro indicating “for the 5th ICAP” and indicating the full name of the participant.
Only when the proof of the bank transfer has been received, the registration will be considered to be complete. You will receive confirmation for receival of proof of bank transfer in 24h. Please send us a notice if you don’t receive such response.
