Conference registration includes conference materials, coffee breaks, entrance to exhibition and poster sessions, welcome cocktail (October 19, at 6 pm).
Please note that, as opposed to previous editions, this is a non-residential conference only. Accommodation is not included in the conference fees.
Only the welcoming cocktail and coffee-breaks are included in the conference attendance fee.
Earlybird/reduced attendance fee before September 30 attendance fee for
- regular delegate: 300 RON equivalent at the exchange rate of the Romanian National Bank at the date of registration
- undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students: 150 RON Equivalent
Regular attendance fee after September 30, for
- regular delegate: 400 RON equivalent at the exchange rate of the Romanian National Bank at the date of registration
- undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students: 200 RON Equivalent

The total fee amount should be paid by bank transfer using the following information:
Fee payment should be made to the Association Psiterra (CIF 18281740), in the bank account opened at BRD Societe Generale Bank (Branch Iasi)

Please, note that the bank transfer must be free of charge for recipient.
If you choose to participate in the Gala Dinner, please add 150 lei/person for each participant you pay for. Add on the Payment description „Gala Dinner for NAME OF THE PERSON”
A scanned copy of the bank transfer must be sent by email to icapes2017@psih.uaic.ro indicating the full name of the participant: “ICAPES 2017 name and surname”.
Only when the proof of the bank transfer has been received, the registration will be considered to be complete. You will receive the confirmation of receipt in 24h after receiving your email. Please send us a notice if you don’t receive the confirmation.
Participants who wish to register only as audience (without a presentation) are required to send a scanned copy of the bank transfer to icapes2017@psih.uaic.ro, mentioning their name and affiliation.
