„Contextul” şi efectele sale în şcoală. Un studiu de caz asupra instituţiei şcolii în România

Studiul analizează problema violenţelor şcolare din perspectiva influenţei contextului social nou: tranziţia, liberalizarea mass-media (prin intermediul căreia se fac cunoscute fapte violente ce erau trecute sub tăcere în regimul comunist), slăbirea autorităţii statului şi a instituţiilor angajate în respectarea legii. Am aprofundat caracteristicile mediului şcolar ca laborator colectiv al socializării şi factor de risc al naşterii şi dezvoltării unui climat de confruntare şi conflicte. Ne-au interesat formele de violenţă şcolară, factorii generatori, profilul victimei şi agresorului. Am utilizat, ca metode de informare, îndeosebi focus-grupul, dar şi interviul non-directiv, organizat cu consilieri şcolari, profesori şi elevi de la şcoli generale şi licee din Iaşi.
