Reflections on the Culture of the Police Cadets’ Initial Training Organization Conclusions of a Case Study
This Paper Presents Some Of The Findings Of A Broader Research Initiative That Was Undertaken Between 2008-2011 And It Aims To Identify The Most Important Components Of The Organizational Culture Specific To The Police Cadets’ Initial Training Organization In The Instructional System Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs In Romania. The Case Study That Was Carried Out Will Make Reference To And Draw Conclusions On A Series Of Symbols, Rituals And Ceremonies, The Heroes Of The Organization And The Rules Of Conduct That Lend A Unique Profile To This Educational Organization And Also Distinguish It From Other Organizations In The National Academic System.
