The Student – Main Actor in the Academic Teaching Activity
The students enter academic life with multiple needs and expectations, belonging to diverse typologies and possessing different learning styles. The role of the academic teaching stuff is to readjust to behavioural types and students’ learning styles, creating a student-focused teaching, meant to lead to an efficient learning. The article highlights both students’ typology and specific learning styles, as well as relating and teaching modalities according to students’ specific traits of, so that learning reaches its best.
