Success and Moral Conditioning to Achieve It

Liliana Stan

In the last century, an impressive number of people, regardless their professional areas (economics – business, marketing, sales, etc, politics, legal relations, communication, culture, education, etc), found success to be a matter of their interest. Since success has diversified contents, people find interest in success from the point of view of both its ontological identity and ways to configure it. The second aspect inspired finding of a large number of action variants proper to success. The current study integrates two major messages. The former emphasizes consistent concern for revealing effective actions to get materialization of success, in general, while making appeal to two taxonomies of the strategies to success as suggested by Guy Missoum (2003) and Tom Butler-Bowdon (2010). The second message to be integrated to our further considerations relies on the moral substance of some famous models to achieve success, more precisely on Carnagie, Cowey and Colwell’s model. The moral intervention /self-intervention to obtain success imposes more and more firmly as an essential variant to establish success since it guarantees achievement of authenticity, of its significant character (not only for itself but for others as well) and through this, it structures the existential meaning of each and every individual.
