Presentation of the Doctoral School

The Doctoral School of Psychology and Educational Sciences, at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași, is a center of expertise and a multiplier of competencies in the fields of psychological and educational research. Promoting the domain’s international standards for research, the members of the doctoral school aim to attract candidates that are motivated, well trained and oriented towards a professional future in research, in order to train, supervise and engage them in remarkable pre-doctoral, doctoral and post-doctoral research teams.

The Doctoral School of Psychology and Educational Sciences program is addressed to master’s degree holders who want to pursue an advanced graduate training that is focused on improving the academic research competencies in the fields of Psychology and / or Educational Sciences so that the doctoral students develop their research ideas building up on the scientific knowledge of the chosen specialization area.

Our academic offer is oriented towards the education of excellence, training specialists in the fields of Psychology and Educational Sciences . For this, we focus on promoting high standards of research (fundamental and applied) and teaching as well as on building useful competencies adapted to the present society.
